PhD, Stanford UniversityDr. Glazer is a Professor at the Walter A. Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, Co-Director of the Berkeley Center for Marketing and Technology, and Director of the Berkeley Portfolio of Marketing Management Executive Education Programs. From 1982 to 1989, he served on the faculty of Columbia University's Graduate School of Business, where he continues to serve as an Associate Director in the Executive Education Program. His teaching and research interests are in the areas of competitive marketing strategy, technology and information-technology strategy, interactive and database marketing, and consumer and managerial decision making. He is the Co-Editor of the Journal of Interactive Marketing and Associate Editor of Management Science.
